Fort Magistrate has issued an order preventing Ceylon Teachers' Union (CTU) Secretary Joseph Stalin, along with nine others and protestors, from causing inconvenience to the public or pedestrians along Galle Road, NSA Roundabout, and several roads in Colombo today (26).
