Blocks 1 and 2 of Yala National Park, which were closed due to dry weather, are scheduled to reopen to tourists on 16 October.

The two blocks were closed on 14 September to protect wildlife and allow repairs to the park’s road network amid severe dry conditions.

Reservations for tourist lodges and campsites in the park will be available from 1 November.
