Former Sri Lankan cricketer Tillakaratne Dilshan has decided to support Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa in the upcoming Presidential election. 

Accordingly, Dilshan has joined the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) to back Premadasa's mission to build the nation. 

Dilshan represented Sri Lanka cricket for nearly 17 years and once led the team, aims to contribute to Premadasa's efforts.

Former cricketer Hashan Tillakaratne and his wife, Apsari Tillakaratne, have also joined SJB to support Sajith Premadasa.
