Minister of Plantation and Community Infrastructure, Samantha Viddyarathna stated that the Government will not fail the people despite the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict. 

He assured that measures will be taken to minimize its impact on Sri Lanka’s economy and daily life. 

The Cabinet has also discussed steps to manage potential fallout and emphasised the need for global peace and de-escalation.
