Two unidentified gunmen on a scooter opened fire on a 28-year-old man in Navinna, Maharagama around 9:20 p.m. last night (06). 

The victim, injured by a pistol-type weapon, is being treated at Kalubowila Hospital. 

CCTV footage has been obtained, while the motive remains unknown.
