Sri Lanka has secured fuel supplies from Russia, according to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation.

CPC Managing Director Dr. Mayura Neththikumara stated that delays in shipments are due to congestion at the country’s two main fuel unloading terminals, with logistical arrangements still being finalised.

He confirmed that fuel shipments for April and May have largely been secured, ensuring continued supply despite current delays.
