Sri Lanka Police have announced a special traffic and security plan for the second Randoli Perahera of the Kandy Esala Perahera tomorrow (24).

The procession will begin from Sri Dalada Maligawa at 7 p.m., with temporary traffic restrictions in Kandy.

Motorists have been advised to use designated alternative routes and follow police instructions during the procession.
