A delegation from the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), led by General Secretary Tilvin Silva, departed for New Delhi, India this morning (5) at the invitation of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).  

During their visit, the group will also travel to Gujarat and Kerala to meet with the Chief Ministers of these states and engage in discussions on various issues.

They will tour centers focused on India’s agricultural, industrial, and technological advancements.  

Parliamentarians Karunanathan Ilankumaran and Kitnan Selvaraj are also part of the delegation.
