The Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) has warned both local and foreign nationals against operating drones in Sri Lanka without proper authorisation.

Legal action has been taken previously against those flying drones in High-Security Zones without permits.

The Air Force emphasised that all drone operators must obtain approvals from relevant authorities to avoid legal or operational issues.
