The Irrigation Department has extended flood warnings for the Kuda Ganga sub-basin of the Kalu Ganga and the Gin Ganga basin for a further 24 hours.

The warnings were originally issued yesterday (20) amid prevailing adverse weather conditions.

Residents in affected areas and motorists, particularly those using by-roads, have been urged to exercise extreme caution.
