European leisure airline Smartwings will begin weekly flights from Warsaw to Colombo via Muscat in December, using Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. 

The service allows passenger transfers on the Muscat–Colombo–Muscat sector.

Flights will depart Warsaw every Tuesday morning and arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA)at 8.55 p.m., with the return leg scheduled the same night.
