Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa paid their final respects to veteran singer Mariazelle Goonetilleke.

The final rites of the renowned vocalist are scheduled to be held today at the Borella General Cemetery.

Goonetilleke passed away on Friday (10) at the age of 68 while receiving treatment at the Kalubowila Teaching Hospital.
