Former SJB Horana organiser Charith Abeysinghe was released from prison today after fulfilling the bail conditions imposed by the Colombo Magistrate's Court.

Abeysinghe, who is a suspect in the alleged Rs. 120 million bribery case linked to "Harak Kata", had remained in remand after initially failing to meet the bail requirements granted on July 28.
