A private tuition teacher accused of forcing students to kneel and assaulting them has been banned from traveling abroad. 

The National Child Protection Authority (NCPA) summoned him for an inquiry on 11 March, but he failed to appear.

Following complaints and viral videos showing the alleged abuse, the NCPA informed the court and secured the travel ban. 

Investigations are ongoing.
