Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka PLC (DMSL), owner of the PickMe brand, posted revenue of Rs 8.7 billion (b) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 (FY25/26).
This was a 49% increase from Rs 5.8 b in the previous year. Gross Transaction Value (GTV) increased 49% to Rs 84.5 b from Rs 56.9 b in FY24/25. Of this total value, over Rs 73 b was distributed directly to PickMe’s independent earners and merchant network. Rs 2.7 b was paid in national taxes including VAT, SSCL, and Corporate Tax.
Operating profit rose 90% year-on-year to Rs 3.1 b from Rs 1.6 b. Net profit increased 88% to Rs 2.2 b from Rs 1.2 b. The platform now supports more than 167,000 independent drivers and delivery riders. Driver net earnings increased by over 14% during the year. PickMe provided more than 5,000 merchant earners, including small businesses, restaurants and home-based enterprises, access to digital commerce infrastructure, integrated logistics solutions and expanded customer reach.
For the fourth quarter ended March 2026, revenue reached Rs 2.5 b, a 46% increase from Rs 1.7 b in the corresponding period last year. Overall platform movements during the quarter increased 49% year-on-year. Platform activity rose 15% sequentially compared with the third quarter, which had experienced operational disruptions from cyclone Ditwah. Operating profit for the quarter rose 84% year-on-year to Rs 985 m from Rs 534 m. Operating profit margin improved to 39% from 31%. Net profit after tax for the quarter climbed 86% to Rs 698 m from Rs 375 m, and recorded a 26% quarter-on-quarter increase.
The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs 2.60 per share for FY25/26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Together with the interim dividend of Rs 1.70 per share paid in November 2025, total dividends for the year amount to Rs 4.30 per share, representing a cash payout ratio of 65%.
