The Election Commission (EC) has announced that more than 8 million people accessed its E-Services online over the past year, reflecting the growing adoption of digital platforms for electoral processes.

Citizens can conveniently utilize these services by visiting the official Election Commission website at [www.elections.gov.lk](http://www.elections.gov.lk).

According to the Chairman, the platform’s E-Services include the digitization of voter records, enabling individuals to verify their registration details online without the need to visit Grama Niladhari offices. 

The portal also offers online registration for new, young voters and provides access to the Voter Registry data dating back to 2015, making voter information more accessible and transparent.
