The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) is modernising its billing system with the introduction of multiple payment methods.
CEB stated that consumers can now conveniently settle their electricity bills through the CEB Care app, online banking services, the Sri Lanka Postal Department, the official CEB website (ceb.lk), kiosk machines, supermarkets, and mCash.
To address any concerns or issues, consumers are encouraged to call 1987, the dedicated hotline for assistance.
