The Minister of Housing and Urban Development Prasanna Ranatunga stated that the Government, which holds a simple majority, will not face issues in governance over the next two or three months.

He emphasised that the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) risks being reduced to only two or three members if the party fails to make the right decisions.
