Sri Lanka Police seized more than 50 motorcycles during a special Vesak operation in Kalutara after receiving reports of reckless and disruptive riding.

Police stated that the motorcycles were allegedly operated without number plates, with modified silencers and without side mirrors.

The vehicles were taken into custody during an operation by Kalutara North Police, and legal action is to be initiated against those involved.
