The National People’s Power (NPP) has secured the Balapitiya Pradeshiya Sabha with 15,278 votes, earning 16 seats.

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) followed with 6,539 votes and 6 seats.

Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) obtained 5 seats, the United National Party (UNP) secured 4, and the Sri Lanka Communist Party (SLCP) claimed 2 seats.
