The Central Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB) is questioning the father of suspected major drug trafficker Shiran Basik over an apartment valued at approximately Rs. 30 million.

Investigations have revealed that the apartment, located in a luxury complex in the Gampaha area, was allegedly purchased by Shiran Basik in his father’s name.

Accordingly, Basik’s father was instructed to appear before the CCIB today (11) to provide a statement regarding the property.
