The Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited (AASL) has announced that visitor entry to the departure lobby at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) will be restricted. 

The new measure will be in effect only on Thursdays and Saturdays, from 10:00 p.m. to midnight.

This decision is a continuation of a previous measure intended to ease congestion and facilitate smoother airport operations during peak hours. 

The airport authority has requested passengers and the public to cooperate during these restricted times to ensure the comfort of all travelers.
