The Cabinet has approved a proposal to submit an order under the Mutual Recognition, Registration and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, No. 49 of 2024, for Parliamentary approval.

The Order, issued by the Minister of Justice and National Integration, outlines the countries whose judgments can be recognized and enforced in Sri Lanka.
