A local multi-day fishing trawler suspected of smuggling a consignment of narcotics has been seized in the sea area off the southwest coast of Sri Lanka. The Navy intercepted the fishing trawler and apprehended six suspects along with the illicit cargo. They are currently being escorted to shore for investigation, the Navy noted.
