The Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) has issued a reminder that all locally manufactured ready-to-serve fruit drinks must now carry the Sri Lanka Standards (SLS) product certification mark.

This regulation ensures product safety and quality for consumers. 

The CAA also stated that imported fruit drinks in this category require prior approval for sale under the Import Inspection Scheme.
