Sri Lanka’s development plans for 2026–2029 and priorities for future projects supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) were discussed at a meeting held at the Presidential Secretariat.

The discussion focused on prioritising development projects, strengthening government ownership of ADB-funded programmes and making effective use of concessional financing and technical assistance.

Measures to accelerate development while achieving fiscal targets were also discussed.
