Sri Lanka and Vietnam have signed one agreement and four Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The signing took place in the presence of Vietnamese President Luong Cuong and Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, who is on a state visit to Vietnam.

These documents were signed following high-level bilateral talks held at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi.

The move marks a significant step in enhancing ties between the two nations across multiple sectors.
