The Office on Missing Persons (OMP) and the Bureau of Rehabilitation (BOR) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen institutional cooperation on matters relating to missing persons.

The agreement establishes a framework for information sharing, referrals, capacity building and coordinated efforts to trace missing persons, clarify their fate and whereabouts, and support affected families.
