Commissioner General of Examinations A.K.S. Indika Kumari Liyanage stated that the 2026 exam calendar will proceed as scheduled.

The Grade 5 Scholarship, G.C.E. A/L, and G.C.E. O/L exams will be held as per the timetable announced in September 2025.

Practical exams for the 2025 G.C.E. O/L are scheduled from 22 to 30 April.

The second phase of paper marking began today(01), while the third phase is set to start on 30 April.
