SriLankan Airlines has cancelled several Middle East flights scheduled for today (01) due to continued airspace closures in parts of the region.

Cancelled routes include Colombo–Dubai, Colombo–Doha, Colombo–Dammam, Colombo–Riyadh and Colombo–Kuwait, along with their return sectors to Colombo.

The airline noted that the cancellations were implemented in the interest of passenger safety.
