From the moment guests step into the inviting ambience of Colombo Kitchen, they are embraced by tantalising aromas and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The spacious setting accommodates up to 150 guests, making it an ideal venue for families, friends, and business associates alike.

The live seafood grill station is a true showpiece, offering a wide range of locally-sourced seafood, including lagoon crabs and barramundi, expertly grilled to order. A personal favourite was the pangasius which was deliciously fatty and beautifully grilled. The shoe lobster on offer also makes for an exciting meal.

The Indian tandoor station offers made-to-order naan bread and a selection of flavourful shawarmas, while the Sri Lankan section features traditional curries and hoppers, also made to order.
The pizza station provides hand-tossed Neapolitan-style pizzas that are a feast for the senses, while the live pasta station allows diners to customise their pasta with a variety of ingredients and sauces. The pizza was exceptionally good, with just the right amount of toppings coupled with a wonderfully soft dough.
The dessert selection, including a live crepe station, offers a sweet conclusion to the meal, with options to satisfy every sweet tooth.
