Tamil Makkal Viduthalai Pulikal (TMVP) Leader, State Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias Pillayan has also joined the book writers’ club by writing a book on the Easter Sunday attacks.

The book, titled ‘Easter Padukolai,’ was reportedly launched recently at the Kanchana Mandapam in Batticaloa to a specially-handpicked audience.

The book is expected to reveal some key details related to the 2019 Easter Sunday attacks. The State Minister’s former aide, Azad Maulana, who is currently overseas, had recently revealed to the media that Chandrakanthan had allegedly had a role to play in the 2019 attacks.

It is interesting that Chandrakanthan’s book is being launched at a time former President Maithripala Sirisena has publicly stated that he was aware of the mastermind behind the Easter Sunday attacks.
