Minister of Public Security Ananda Wijepala confirmed that Ishara Sewwandi, wanted in connection with the murder of underworld figure Ganemulla Sanjeewa, has not left Sri Lanka.

He stated that ongoing CID investigations have gathered key information from other suspects, linking Sewwandi to transporting the weapon used in the February courthouse shooting.
