The Ministry of Justice and National Integration announced that a total of 817 individuals, both local and foreign, sentenced to death are currently imprisoned across the country. 

As of 30 September 2025, there are 811 local prisoners on death row 792 men and 19 women. 

The report also mentions that five foreign nationals and one person convicted of terrorism are among those sentenced to death. 

311 inmates are serving life imprisonment, including 70 foreigners, with three of these for terrorism-related crimes.
