Amid escalating unrest in the Middle East, the Sri Lankan Embassy in Israel has issued safety guidelines for Sri Lankans living and working in the country.

The Embassy urged the community to remain calm, stay vigilant, and strictly follow alerts and instructions issued by Israeli authorities in the event of missile attacks or security threats. 

Sri Lankans were advised to seek shelter immediately during alerts, keep essential medication accessible, and avoid panic during possible communication disruptions. 

The Embassy also assured emergency services will remain available despite upcoming holiday closures.
