The Sri Lanka Transport Board has allowed passengers holding train monthly season tickets to travel on its buses due to the ongoing disaster situation. 

The board said valid season tickets will be accepted on all ordinary SLTB services, excluding super luxury buses. 

It added that bus crews and relevant teams have been informed of the temporary arrangement.
