Deputy Speaker Rizvy Sally clarified in Parliament today (17) that he is not a specialist doctor and has never used the title on official materials such as letterheads, visiting cards, or prescriptions.  

“I have always stated that I should not be referred to as a specialist in election propaganda,” he emphasised.
