The Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children has asked parents and guardians to bring essential medical documents when taking children for treatment or clinic appointments amid an increase in dengue cases.

Parents have been requested to carry the child’s PHN or barcode card, health record, allergy information, clinic book and discharge or diagnosis cards.

The hospital said the documents will help streamline treatment and clinic services during the current increase in patient numbers.
