Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Sunil Gamage, Deputy Minister of Sports Sugath Thilakaratne, and Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs Eranga Gunasekara undertook an inspection of several institutions under the purview of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports on Wednesday (11).

The Minister and his two Deputy Ministers inspected the Sports and Infrastructure Division at the J.R. Jayewardene Centre, the Sports Medicine Institute, the National Sports Science Institute (NSSI), and the National Youth Corps Headquarters.

Highlighting the importance of international achievements, the Ministers commended the NSSI for providing valuable advice and training on technical and practical aspects of sports science.
