The National People’s Power (NPP) has triumphed in the Lunugamvehera Pradeshiya Sabha.

NPP secured 7,820 votes, winning 9 seats, while Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) gained 5 seats with 5,509 votes.

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) obtained 2 seats with 2,848 votes, and 'Sarvajana Balaya' (SB) won 1 seat with 1,309 votes.

The People’s Alliance (PA) also earned 1 seat with 591 votes.
