Sri Lanka’s last victory in the series came in 2018, where they won by three wickets.

India yet again comes to this game as red-hot favourites as the in-form team. They have won all of their last five ODIs (three against Ireland and two against the West Indies).

Sri Lanka on the other hand have lost two against New Zealand whilst losing one and winning one against Ireland. Out of the 32 ODIs between India and Sri Lanka, India have won 29 matches with Lanka clinching two victories, while one game had no result.
