The Supreme Court will hear petitions challenging the constitutionality of the proposed 22nd Amendment to the Constitution tomorrow (1).

A five-member bench headed by Chief Justice Preethi Padman Surasena has been appointed to hear the petitions.

Justices Achala Wengappuli, Arjuna Obeyesekere, Sampath Abeykoon and Gihan Kulatunga are the other members of the bench.
