Two Sri Lankan fishing boats, Blue Ocean 02 and Blue Ocean 06, with nine fishermen on board, encountered an accident 300 kilometers from Seychelles in the Indian Ocean. 

The boats, en route from Dikowita port to Somalia, are stranded without essential supplies. 

Accordingly, the Sri Lankan Embassy in Seychelles has confirmed that a rescue mission is in progress, with the Seychelles Coast Guard providing food, water, and fuel to the stranded fishermen.
