Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Russia, Udayanga Weeratunga was remanded until 17 January after being produced before the Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court (MC). 

The former diplomat was arrested by the Police today (10) for allegedly assaulting his neighbour.
