Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) National Organiser and MP Namal Rajapaksa, who was arrested and subsequently remanded, has been produced before the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court.

Rajapaksa was arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) on 4 September after being questioned over several hours in connection with the controversial Airbus transaction.
