Heavy traffic congestion has been reported at several entrance and exit points of the Southern, Outer Circular and Central Expressways, according to the Road Development Authority (RDA).

Congestion has been reported near the Mattala exit, Kadawatha exit, Mirigama entrance and Yaggapitiya exit.

Motorists travelling through these areas have been advised to drive carefully and exercise caution.
