A group of Sri Lankans in Melbourne have pledged support for the entrepreneurial vision proposed by Sarvajana Balawegaya leader and MP Dilith Jayaweera during a community event held in Australia.

The support was expressed at the “කැක්කුම Sri Lanka – Mingle with Dilith” programme organised by Sarvajana Balawegaya and Melbourne Solidarity at the Acacia Campus Theatre in Melbourne.

In a message on X, MP Jayaweera stated that members of the Sri Lankan diaspora in Melbourne showed commitment towards Sri Lanka’s future development and readiness to support the country’s rebuilding efforts.
