The Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Harin Fernando participated in the 11th Commonwealth Sports Ministers' meeting (11CSMM) yesterday (28). 

The event was held at Le Méridien in Paris under the theme “Building inclusive and resilient societies through sport".
