Railway operations on the upcountry line have been disrupted due to fallen trees on the tracks between Inguru Oya and Galabada railway stations.

According to the Sri Lanka Railways, authorities have begun clearing the tracks to restore train services.

It is worth noting that the 'Tikiri Menike' intercity train is halted at Hatton station.
