At least ten individuals have been injured in a bus accident in the Minneriya area on the Habarana–Polonnaruwa road. 

According to police reports, the collision occurred when a bus carrying garment factory employees collided with another bus and a tractor transporting a paddy-harvesting machine. 

Seven passengers from the bus sustained injuries and were admitted to Habarana and Polonnaruwa hospitals. 

One of the injured, who is in critical condition, has been transferred to Dambulla Base Hospital for urgent treatment.

Authorities are investigating the incident, and further updates are awaited.
